Hopewell Mass Meeting

As Chairman of the City of Hopewell Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan

of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Kathleen Vincent, do hereby issue this

call for a Mass Meeting to be held at El Nopal, 4118 Oaklawn Blvd #6514, Hopewell, VA 23860 starting at 2:00

p.m. local time on March 12, 2022, for the following purposes:

A. Electing a Chairman for the City of Hopewell Republican Committee

B. Electing a Vice Chairman for the City of Hopewell Republican Committee

C. Electing a Secretary for the City of Hopewell Republican Committee

D. Electing a Treasurer for the City of Hopewell Republican Committee

E. Electing the members of the City of Hopewell Republican Committee

F. And for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Mass Meeting.
