Lunenburg County Mass Meeting

Official Call for a Mass Meeting of the Lunenburg Unit of the Republican Party of Virginia

As Chairman of the Lunenburg Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Mike Hankins, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Marino’s Restaurant in Victoria, VA, starting at 6:30 PM local time on March 7, 2022 for the following purpose:

1. Elect a Unit Chairman
2. Elect members of the unit committee and the following officers: Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.
3. Elect up to 130 Delegates and equal number alternates to the 5^th District Convention to be held at Kirby Field House at Hampden-Sydney College at 10:00AM on May 21, 2022 for the purpose of (1) electing a Chairperson for the 5^th District and (2) electing a candidate to run for Congress of the United States (3) Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Convention.
