OFFICIAL CALL

MASS MEETING OF PETERSBURG REPUBLICAN COMMITTEE OF THE

REPUBLICAN PARTY OF VIRGINIA

As Chairman of the Petersburg Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and

pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the

Committee, I, Michael Levin Maszaros, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to

be held at Roma’s Italian, 2447 County Dr, Petersburg, Virginia 23803 starting at

7:00 p.m. local time on March 7, 2024 for the following purposes:

I. Electing a Chairman for the Petersburg Republican Committee

II. Electing a Vice Chairman for the Petersburg Republican Committee

III. Electing a Secretary for the Petersburg Republican Committee

IV. Electing a Treasurer for the Petersburg Republican Committee

V. Electing the members of the Petersburg Republican Committee
