 Call for Mass Meeting Of the Republican Party of Virginia

As Chairman of the Prince Edward County Republican Committee (PCRC) , and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the County Committee,Diana Shores, Chairman, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held March 22, 2022 starting at 7 PM local time, 45 Simpson Road, Prospect, VA 23960 for the purpose of:

• Electing a Committee Chairman;
• Electing members of the committee;
• Elect up to 165 Delegates and an equal number of alternates to the 5^th District Convention. The PCRC has 33 votes. The 5^th District Convention will be held on May 21, 2022, in Prince Edward County at 10:00 AM at:

Kirby Field House

Hampden-Sydney College
198 Athletic Center
Farmville, VA 2390

OR

Its alternate site beginning at 10:00 am for the purpose of:

• Electing a chairperson for the 5^th District, (2) Electing a candidate to run for Congress of the United States, (3) Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Convention.
