1. Election of a Vice Chairman from the Sixth District for the 2022-2024 term;
2. Election of a Vice Chairman from the Ninth District for the 2022-2024 term;
3. Election of a Treasurer for the 2022-2024 term;
4. Election of a Secretary for the 2022-2024 term;
5. Announcement of Magisterial District Chairs;
6. Establish Dues for fiscal year 2022-2024;
7. Consideration of a Budget for fiscal year 2022-2024;
8. Campaign Reports;
9. Legislative Reports;
10. Election of New Members; and
11. The transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.”

5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5 so proper ballots may be printed. Please include the position you are seeking and how you would like your name to appear on the ballot.

Roanoke County Republican Party Plan of Organization
The Roanoke County Republican Committee is governed by the Republican Party of Virginia’s Plan of Organization, our own bylaws which are officially called the Roanoke County Republican Party Plan of Organization, and the most recent version of Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised. Our own bylaws will be posted on our website again after the website transition finishes, but in the mean time this linkprovides them.
REQUIRED Membership Form
Returning and new members alike need to be sure to fill out this membership formand return it with $20 to PO Box 20923, Roanoke, Virginia 24018 or to Dan Webb at 4801 Sunnyside Drive, Roanoke, VA 24018 by 6:30pm on April 7th, 2022. The Roanoke County Republican Committee is legally required to reorganize every two years, so even if you are a returning member, it is critical you return the completed form and the required $20 filing fee.
Proxy Form
Please use the proxy form provided below when you are unable to attend a Roanoke County Republican Committee meeting. The Committee Bylaws state that no member of the County Committee may vote the proxy of another member. Please also remember that individuals who miss three consecutive meetings of the Roanoke County Republican Committee will be removed from the membership rolls.
