As Chairman of the Russell County Republican Committee, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization
and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Nathan Kiser, do hereby issue this call for a Party
Canvass to be held at the Russell County Government Center, 139 Highland Dr. Lebanon, VA 24266, from
12:00pm until 7:00pm local time on May 13,2023 for the following purposes:
1. Nominating a Republican candidate for Sheriff, Commonwealth Attorney, Clerk of Court, Treasurer,
Commissioner of Revenue, and Board of Supervisors (Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and At Large) to be voted
upon in the November 7, 2023 General Election.
