Official Mass Meeting Call

of Sussex County VA Republican Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia

As Chairman of the Sussex County Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Paul Daniel Spurlock, do hereby issue the call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Wakefield Municipal Airport, 10248 General Mahone Hwy, Wakefield, VA 23888, starting at 7 p.m. local time on March 12, 2024, for the following purposes:

1. Electing a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer for the Sussex County Republican Committee.
2. Electing the members of the Sussex County Republican Committee.
3. Electing Delegates to the 4th District Convention on May 4, 2024 in Colonial Heights, VA
4. Electing Delegates to the RPV State Convention on May 31 – June 1 in Hampton, VA
5. The transaction of other business as may properly come before the Convention.
