As Chairman of the Franklin City/Southampton County Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV), and pursuant to the RPV Plan of Organization and as recommended by the Committee, I, Walter D. “Walt” Brown III, do hereby issue this Official Call for a FSRU Convention to be held at, Fred Restaurant, 107 S Main Street, Franklin, Virginia 23851 at 6:00 P.M local time on Thursday, June 16, 2022 for the following purposes: Electing a CHAIRMAN of the Franklin City/Southampton County RPV.
