THIS MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED After consultation with the Staff Committee regarding feedback from numerous Unit Committee members who will be absent, including those who are responsible for the majority of the Committee’s new business, I, Dwight Williams, Chairman of the Waynesboro Republican Committee, do hereby cancel the normally scheduled meeting for Thursday, May 19, 2022.   The tentative date for the next regularly scheduled Unit Committee meeting will be Thursday, June 16, 2022. Our guest speakers will be Jesse Harrell, Greensville County Electoral Board member and John Kinsey, City of Emporia Electoral Board member. They will explain the importance of having well trained poll workers at all 16 precincts throughout the city and county.
