Arlington GOP member Eric Brescia will be our featured speaker, focusing on housing affordability in Arlington. He will describe local policy initiatives and how market-based approaches can create more affordable housing. Eric is a true expert on housing issues. He is an economist at Fannie Mae, which plays a key role in home mortgage markets. He also serves on Arlington County's Housing Commission and is Arlington GOP's policy director.
