2015 JULY MASS MEETING OFFICIAL CALLS & RULES     OFFICIAL CALL Mass Meeting of the Frederick County Republican Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia   As Chairman of the Frederick County Republican Committee (FCRC) of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Andrew M.
