As Chairman of the Culpeper County Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Jon D. Russell Committee Chairman, do hereby issue this call for a Party Canvass to be held at 601 Madison Rd. Culpeper, VA, or at any alternate location, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm local time  on April 27th, 2019 for the following purpose of selecting our Republican Nominees for the positions  of Commonwealth Attorney, Sheriff, Treasurer, Commissioner of the Revenue, and County Board of Supervisors for the Catalpa, East Fairfax,
