Irvin Lindley, do hereby issue this call for a Legislative District Mass Meeting to be held at Eastside Pizzeria, 5618 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701, starting at 6:00 PM local time on June 10, 2019 for the purposes of: (1) Nominating a Republican candidate for the office of Delegate to be voted for
