As Chairman of the Dinwiddie Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Betty Conn, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at Brother’s Pizza (25809 Cox Road, Petersburg, VA 23803), starting at 7:00 p.m. local time on Monday, May 15, 2023 for the following purposes: a) Nominating a Republican candidate for the office of Clerk of the Circuit Court, Commissioner of the Revenue, Commonwealth’s Attorney, Sheriff, and Treasurer to be voted for in the General Election on November 7, 2023.
