As Chairman of the Fredericksburg City Committee of the Republican Party, and pursuant to the State Party Plan and as directed by the Committee, I, Rachel Whitman, do hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at VFW Meeting Hall, Princess Anne St in Fredericksburg, VA, 22401, or an alternate site, starting at 7:00 PM local time on Thursday, March 17, 2022 for the following purposes: To elect a Chairman of the Fredericksburg City Republican Committee and members of the Committee. Electing up to 46 Delegates and an equal number of Alternates to the Seventh Congressional District
