Mass Meeting of the Charles City Republican Committee
As Chairman of Charles City Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I Irene Churins, do hereby issue this call for Mass Meeting to be held on
March 21, 2024 at the Charles City Library
10790 Courthouse Rd, Charles City, VA 23030
Registration starts at 4:30 pm and the meeting starts at 5:30pm on March 21, 2024 for the following purposes:
- Electing a Unit Chairman
- Electing a Vice Chair
- Electing a Secretary
- Electing a Treasurer
- Selecting 13 Delegates for the State Convention May 31, 2024
- For the transaction of such other business as may come before the mass meeting
