Norfolk Mass Meeting

As Chairman of the Republican Party of Norfolk, and pursuant to the Plan of Organization of the
Republican Party of Virginia and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, John Sitka do
hereby issue this call for a Mass Meeting to be held at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 2901 East Little
Creek Road, Norfolk VA, 23518.
Or its alternate site, starting at 7:00pm EST March 21, 2024 (Registration begins at
6:00pm) for the following purposes:
1. Electing a Chairman of The Republican Party of Norfolk
2. Electing members of the Republican Party of Norfolk
3. Electing up to 169 Delegates and an equal number of Alternates to the Republican Party of
Virginia State Convention, to be held on May 31-June 1st 2024 at the Hampton Roads
Convention Center, 1610 Coliseum Dr, Hampton, VA 23666, convening on 5/31 at 2:30 pm and on
6/1 at 10:00 am.
In addition, any other such other business as may properly come before the mass meeting.
