OFFICIAL CALL for a Mass Meeting of the Halifax County Republican Committee As Chairman of the Halifax County Republican Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia, and pursuant to the “Republican Party of Virginia Plan of Organization” (hereinafter referred to as the “State Party Pan”) and as recommended and directed by the Committee, I, Andrew D.
